Shipping charges

We ship worldwide. After you have selected your celebration items, simply choose your “Country/Region” from the drop-down menu.

International shipping

For orders shipping outside of the 50 U.S. states, you will be asked to provide your FedEx, UPS, or DHL account number. The shipping charges will be billed to your account by the courier you choose. Be aware that orders delivered to destinations outside of the U.S. are often subject to fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Using a purchase order

Please fax (1-973-402-6056) or email (info@CSWeek.com) your completed purchase order. Your purchase order should include the item name, quantity, unit price, and total price for each item selected. If your order will be delivered to New York State or New Jersey, add applicable sales tax. Because the purchase order process is slow at some organizations, we strongly recommend following up with your accounting department on a regular basis.

Paying via check

Please make checks payable to Customer Service Group. All checks must be in U.S. dollars or equivalent and include all applicable sales tax and shipping and handling fees.

Sales tax
