Latex Balloons
Create a festive atmosphere with our colorful 12″ Latex Balloons. Each package includes 5 sky blue balloons, 5 white balloons, and 5 red balloons.

Felt Pennants
The Felt Pennants are a versatile addition to your Customer Service Week celebration. Smaller than our standard Pennant Strings, each pennant measures 4″ x 10″. You’ll use them to decorate and celebrate on a slightly smaller scale.
Decorate. Hang in individual work spaces and other small areas for a pop of color.
Create. Make your own pennant strings by running ribbon through the hidden tabs on the back. Hang in smaller areas where activities are being held or where food is being served.

Customer Service Week Decorations set the tone for your entire celebration.
The official 2025 Customer Service Week theme is Mission: Possible. It’s an important message that will inspire your staff during Customer Service Week and throughout the year to make the impossible possible for your customers.
The theme is colorfully illustrated in a sky blue, white, and red logo. These colors are used on all of the Customer Service Week decorations so that your events are coordinated, polished, and professional from the moment staff arrives until the last gift or goodie bag is distributed. The decorations include Posters, Banners, Pennant Strings, Mini-Posters, Latex Balloons, Foil Balloons, and Felt Pennants. The Banners and Pennant Strings are suitable for use indoors or out. While the Posters, Mini Posters, and Felt Pennants are perfect for indoor use.
The final item in your decorating tool kit is the Footprint Decals. The decals mirror the footprints in the Customer Service Week logo and bring an extra touch of fun no matter how you use them. Just peel off and apply the vinyl footprints to floors, walls, dividers, and more. Consider a trail of footprints from the front door to the service department. Or a trail of footprints winding through the department and ending at a sumptuous thank you luncheon. Or a trail of footprints leading the way to a coffee and tea station, then a donut station, and finally a gift station piled high with Mission: Possible Gift Bags. The ideas are endless.
To plan your decorations, start by assessing each area where Customer Service Week activities will be held. This might include the office or building lobby, breakroom or pantry, conference or meeting rooms, and, of course, the service department or call center itself.
Next consider the options: Posters, Banners, Pennant Strings, Mini-Posters, and Balloons. Start with the focal point of the room, or the area that guests will see first when they arrive. This area should be bursting with color. For this location consider larger items such as Banners, Pennant Strings, and clusters of Balloons.
If you are serving food, your dining area should include color coordinated tableware. Choose two of the colors from the Customer Service Week logo, such as red and black, and use tablecloths, paper plates, napkins, and more to pull the look together. Balloon bouquets for the tables and table tents to identify individual dishes will be the final touches for your dining areas. Also consider decorating individual work areas. Smaller items such as Mini-Posters and Felt Pennants will brighten any workspace. Many event planners also include a single Foil Balloon filled with helium and tied to the back of each chair. Imagine the sea of balloons when people arrive on Monday morning.
