Materials:Name Game sheets for each team member.

A Customer Service Week Pen to use.
Notes:An excellent way to personalize a call is to use the customer’s name. But reps have got to get the name right. As this puzzle illustrates, changing one letter can mean the difference between Cary and Gary.

The last question on the puzzle sheet asks participants to create their own Name Game pair. Gather these and share them with your team.
