You’ll find dozens of ways to add a little mystery to your Customer Service Week celebration with the Invisible Ink Pen. Here are just a few favorites:
- Write “Mission: Possible” in a dozen locations throughout the department. Make sure the messages are all “hidden in plain sight.” The first person to find all 12 is the winner.
- Write motivational quotes on posters and notices hanging in the department. The first person discover each quote wins.

Below are three fun ways that you can incorporate stress reduction into your Customer Service Week celebration.
Host a stress break. Serve healthy snacks like fresh fruits, vegetables with hummus or guacamole, roasted chickpeas, and granola bars. Skip the soft drinks and provide Flip-Straw Bottles and an assortment of flavored water packets. The Flip-Straw Bottles include a scale which shows how much water has been consumed. It makes meeting daily health goals easy.
During your stress break, practice deep breathing techniques and yoga stretches as a team. In the Activities section, you'll find instructions for four easy to teach activities.
