Team Building Fun with Hidden Messages

For fun and easy activities during Customer Service Week, think pens. Not just any pens but our Invisible Ink Pens.

This incredible pen writes in undetectable ink. To reveal the hidden message simply flip the pen, press the button, and shine the ultraviolet light.

You’ll find dozens of ways to add a little mystery to your Customer Service Week celebration with the Invisible Ink Pen. Here are just a few favorites:

  • Write “Mission: Possible” in a dozen locations throughout the department. Make sure the messages are all “hidden in plain sight.” The first person to find all 12 is the winner.
  • Write motivational quotes on posters and notices hanging in the department. The first person discover each quote wins.
  • Write a motivational quote or note of encouragement in each person’s workspace. It’s hidden until they shine a light on the message.
  • Assign teams. Write team names or numbers on note cards. Ask people to draw a card, shine their light, and reveal their team.
  • If you’re using the Giant Word Search or the Giant Crossword Puzzle, provide a few answers in invisible ink.
  • Add a smile to interoffice mail with hidden messages.

You can see the Invisible Ink Pens and all of the Customer Service Week decorations, gifts, and stress relievers now at CSWeek.com.
