| September 30 | Prepare and print all of the puzzles, activities, and downloads you’ll need for your celebration. (Free with your order.) |
| October 2 | Decorate the service center and other areas where activities will be held. If you’re using helium, inflate balloons Monday morning. |
| October 5 – 8 | Celebrate your team for going The Extra Mile for customers. Spread the word about your organization’s commitment to service excellence with these sample tweets and posts. |
| October 9 | Wrap up the week. Provide a catered lunch or pot luck to end the week on a high note. This is the time to reflect on the special celebration the team has shared, to thank all of the people who gave their time and energy to make the week a success, and to make your final prize awards. |
