We asked customers that question, and here are some of their fun and creative ideas for celebrating their teams during Customer Service Week.
- Last year we used one of the team balls. OMG it was a huge hit. Lots of laughter. Even our management got into it. This year we’re trying another ball called Common Ground. Hopefully it will be just as much fun and help our team get closer.
- Every year we go big with decorations. It just makes the office feel special. I’ll use the banners, pennant strings, and balloons. But this year I am using the traffic sign lollipops to make edible centerpieces. We took painted pumpkins and added lollipop hair. So cute!
- We love the puzzles and play them all week. My team is very competitive. I give a scratch-off card for each correct puzzle. And set up a prize table. It will have car trunk organizers, travel mugs, lunch bags, etc. winners get to choose their prize.
- We already opened our boxes and love the traffic cone guy. I got one for everyone in the dept. But they will have to find them using riddles we are writing. Here’s one:
There once was a fellow quite small
Who hid by the press in the hall
Behind the machine
He rarely was seen
Unless things came to a stall
